Who we are ?

Its an interesting question, isn't it ?
I believe in the concept of science and spiritual together make sense always.

Self-realisation is having accurate knowledge of the self and experiencing it. It is all about understanding myself - my true identity, my true nature and form and knowing the goal of life. Everyone in the world have their own identity to differentiate from others and anyone will tell their identity as their Name, Location, Language etc,. These are all some of the attributes, which are used to identify a person.

Note, these identification is for your physical body, but everyone needs to realize that human is not only a physical body and has more valuable assets than that. let me come to the real assets of a human later. Any physical things in this world is destroyable, but not the soul. Its necessary that everyone to realize that they are soul and not only a physical body. Your Name, Location are all related only to your body.

Believe yourself now as you are only a soul and you are using your body as an instrument. Generally all the part of the body is controlled by your brain, so you(soul) control your body by using your brain. It is important to realize, that we are souls of having our own unique characteristic.

For example:
A driver(Soul) Control only steering/accelerator/break(Brain) which actually control the whole body.
